A sudden fire broke out in the Ba Toa residential area on Tô Ngọc Vân Street in Cam Ly Ward, Đà Lạt, around 9:45 AM on April 19, according to local authorities. The flames originated from a fourth-floor house, sending thick black smoke rising several meters into the air and causing panic among nearby residents. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.
