I stumbled upon this vegetarian restaurant while exploring Dalat and decided to try it out because I was feeling hungry. I was pleasantly surprised by the buffet, which offered a wide variety of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the homemade coleslaw, various vegetarian meat alternatives, and the fried eggplant. The complimentary soup was also delicious. One dish, in particular, reminded me of eating vegetarian caviar.
