Coffee chalet, keyboard clicking, who's that guy?
That's Yan!
Shows up on a bicycle, laptop in a bag.
Coffee in one hand, twenty tabs he never had.
Building little games, building giant dreams.
Somehow all at once, or at least that's how it seems.
One more website, one more prototype.
One more AI, working through the night.
Everybody ask, so, which one is your main project?
Yes.
Who's Yan? Nobody really knows.
Today he's making games, tomorrow nobody knows.
A language app, a strategy game, a cycling group, a crazy domain.
Twelve projects at exactly the same time.
He says, this one's almost finished, we've all heard that before.
Then another idea arrives, now somehow there are four.
Someone whispers, maybe, focus.
He smiles, probably, then buys another domain.
Strength, ideas, fast execution.
Building before asking permission.
Weakness, too many ideas, not enough sleeping.
Maybe just one, tiny, little, focus issue.
Who's Yan? Always creating.
Building things just because he wants to see them exist.
Some projects fail, some projects fly, but every week another demo appears.
One more commit, one more bicycle ride.
One more coffee, one more impossible idea.
OK, hear me out.
