Dương Hồng Thạch theo học hệ Trung cấp và Đại học chuyên ngành Biểu diễn Piano tại Học viện Âm nhạc Quốc gia Việt Nam với PGS.TS.Nguyễn Huy Phương từ năm 2007. Năm 2015, sau khi tốt nghiệp hệ Đại học tại Việt Nam, anh theo học Thạc sỹ biểu diễn Piano tại Học viện Âm nhạc Gnesin, Liên bang Nga và tốt nghiệp năm 2018.
