I was searching for a vegetarian restaurant and stumbled upon An Lạc Tâm, a buffet-style eatery. For 30,000 Vietnamese dong, I enjoyed a very satisfying meal. The buffet offered a good selection of vegan proteins, vegetables, and soup. I particularly enjoyed the tofu dishes and another item I suspect was tempeh or seitan, which was incredibly tasty and savory. The flavors ranged from spicy to salty and slightly sweet. The presentation of the food was also noteworthy, with ingredients arranged attractively. The atmosphere was very peaceful, with only one other couple present in the spacious dining area, making it feel quite private. I was there solely to eat and recharge.
