Our garden of the week:
Truc Lam Zen Monastery Zen Buddhism Monastery and its surroundings.
It's a first time :) It has been in my mind for a couple of times. There is a nice quiet area with trees on the side of the monastery, so we have a good base for our practice. Then, of course, everyone is free to explore around, in the monastery or even by the lake, for solo time.

Our Journey Together
* 7:30 am – Gather and connect at the meet point ☕
* 7:45 am – Introduction and short walk up the stairs to our base, outside of the monastery
* 8:00–10:00 am– Silent solo mindfulness moment in your favorite spot(s) 🌸 2 hours, to really go into the flow state
* 10:00–10:30 am – Sharing circle at our base, by the trees
* 10:30 am – Back to the bikes and a good day to everyone.
Please bring: your mat, water, and everything that will help you connect with the place (paper, pencil, brush, notebook, yoga mat, chanting bowl...).
Arrive nourished: a light breakfast previously helps sustain deeper presence.
